Ullens High School Program is a rigorous two-year higher secondary program that enables motivated students to become well-rounded, dynamic people.
We began the high school program in 2011. Our graduates are prepared not only to excel in examinations but also to deal with real-life scenarios – the hallmark of Ullens School’s philosophy.
Our program's uniqueness lies in its focus on creativity and critical thinking through curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Management – a two-year course providing a basic knowledge of the facts and principles of management. Because management learning is a continuous process, our belief is that we should prepare students to take up managerial responsibilities by equipping them with a set of essential skills.
Science – a two-year course emphasizing a conceptual understanding of biological, chemical and physical phenomena. The practical component is designed to supplement learning by applying the scientific theory students learn in class.

Academic advising is an integral part of the NEB (then HSEB) 10+2 program. Advisers help students understand university admissions criteria and requirements and advise them on how to select a university and a course of study. Students are ensured that support, feedback, and opportunities for reflection are part of their Ullens experience.
Students are required to do a four-week internship after the end of their first year in the program. We believe the internship is an integral part of preparing students for life after school. It aims to:
- Help students apply the knowledge and techniques they learn in the first year to real-world situations, and to test and enrich students’ understanding, knowledge, and skills in practical scenarios
- Teach students how organizations operate
- Provide a platform for deeper understanding in specific functional areas
- Help students explore career opportunities in their area of interest
The school offers curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities, such as music, dance, sports, and academic clubs. These activities offer opportunities for students to learn the values of physical strength and endurance, teamwork, individual and group responsibilities, diversity, and a sense of culture and community. Extracurricular activities provide a channel for reinforcing the lessons learned in the classroom, offering students the opportunity to apply academic skills in a real-world context, and are thus considered part of a well-rounded education.
