Ms. Binita Shakya

Ms. Binita Shakya, Elementary School Tier I Assistant Coordinator, sees herself facilitating young minds to discover interests and passions. She firmly believes that hands- on learning is the most effective way to engage students through movement, touch and experience. Ever since she acquired the one-year diploma course in Early Childhood Education and her first-hand experience in witnessing international teaching pedagogy in Children Center at Caltech and Evergreen Community School in the USA, she has been working towards applying progressive approach to classroom practices. She has a Master’s degree from Kathmandu University in Leadership and management in Education.
