Established in the year 1916, Bank Street School of Education is a private nonprofit graduate school located in Manhattan, New York City.
The Ullens School has been in partnership with the Bank Street School of Education, New York from its inception. Ullens follows the ‘Lab School’ model of the Bank Street philosophy to work relentlessly in the development of education in Nepal.
The Bank Street philosophy of education focuses on the different aspects of the teaching-learning environment like progressive education, developmental interaction and experiential learning through hands on activities.
School leaders and coordinators are periodically sent to the Bank Street Graduate School of Education in New York special immersion training courses.
