In the process of redefining how schools are led and advocating for effective practices for improved learning outcomes, a group of fifteen School leaders and Principals from Future School Leaders, India came for a visit to Ullens School on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
Future School leader is a young educational start up based in the capital city of India, New Delhi. The organization takes pride in nurturing, inspiring and connecting Indian School leaders by visiting holistic and high achieving schools across the world.
The purpose of the group’s visit to Ullens School is to share effective policies and practices, professionalize school leadership to adapt education system to the needs of the 21st century society. The day began with the group visiting classrooms and the school facilities. This was followed by a rich discussion on the school’s approach and pedagogy with the school’s Principal, Mr. Medin Lamichhane.
