
Ms. Kumuda Lamichhane
Vice Principal – High School (Tier IV-V & IBDP)
Ms. Kumuda Lamichhane has over a decade of experience in educational leadership and has been a valued member of the Ullens School community since 2020. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Bedfordshire, England, and currently serves as the Vice Principal of the High School Tier IV &V & IBDP Programme. Her expertise includes strategic planning, curriculum development, teacher development, experiential learning, and student-centered education. Prior to her current role, she served as the Approaches to Teaching and Learning (ATL) Coordinator for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) at Ullens School, where she led initiatives to strengthen inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and student agency. Guided by the educational philosophies of Ullens School, Ms. Lamichhane is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, collaboration, and wellbeing. She works closely with students, teachers, and parents to create meaningful learning experiences and empower young people to become compassionate, reflective, and lifelong learners prepared to make a positive impact in an interconnected world.
