Sanjay Adhikari, the high school coordinator of Ullens School, is interested in the field of research which leads him to believe big ideas come from research. Hence, he is committed to student success inside of the classroom and in life by involving students in research work. He holds an M.Phil in Education and has 15 years of teaching experience. His last 8 years at Ullens School has molded his belief in equity, celebrating diversity and participation. Integrating Art- based activities into his teaching, he plays an instrumental role in conducting seminars and MUN sessions. Currently, he is working as the High School Coordinator. He loves literature and is an author of a book and has published several articles.
